i'm 5'4 and usually 130 pounds, but this holiday season, my family has been forcing me to constantly eat and eat. currently i'm in a hotel, on vacation, with no scale. i know i've gained weight by my appearance, but have no idea how much. the last time i weight myself was at least a month ago and by the looks of it i'm probably at least 140. i can't start losing weight until after new years because that's when i get home and can eat by myself when i want and start dancing and running again! woo!

2)Height. 5'4
3)HW (Highest Weight)144 lbs [TOTALLY GUESSING]
4)CW (Current Weight)144 lbs [TOTALLY GUESSING]
5)LW (Lowest Weight)126 lbs
6)GW (Goal Weight) 118
7)DP (Diet Plan)small bowl of cereal for breakfast and then just watch my calories for lunch and dinner. i'm shooting for eating about 1,000 calories a day.
8)EP (Excercise Plan) the "Insanity" workout dvd 40 minutes a day, five days a week, for 60 days after school with my best friend :)
also, much running and walking on the treadmill in my spare time, dance class, and 20 minutes of kick boxing to get me going in the morning!

hi all! i'm kyra and i wanna lose some weight too :]

7)DP: counting calories, cutting out fast food and soda. no junk food either!
8)EP: 2 laps around the track in gym class 3-4 times a week, then using the weight machines in the school fitness center during gym, and an afterschool teen fitness class on wednesdays starting sometime next month i'm assuming.

2)Height: 5'4" I think
3)HW: 145
4)CW: 145
5)LW: 95
6)GW: 110
7)DP: No bread, pasta, candy, soda, etc. I'm only eating oatmeal and veggies and salads and maybe soup or beans. 64 ounces of water per day.
8)EP: 30-60 minutes per day --aerobics or cardio. situps and crunches before bed. Also joining curves, so that will be nice! =]]

I've had Bulemia, Anorexia, and Ednos, and now I'm trying to find a nice medium.

i'm glad to find somewhere with people my own age that are trying to lose weight! i've been trying to lose weight all my life and i'm sick of being fat. i'm ready to 100% commit to this and get down to a healthy weight and be slim and attractive!

I've been on this diet for a week now.. Woohoo! I'm pretty sure I haven't lost any weight. I haven't really been exercising, so that is probably why. Bleh. I haven't felt the greatest lately. I'll try to workout at least every other day soon.
I hate getting sweaty :/ haha

there have been many new member join lately so i'll give a recap about myself:
im the owner of this community.
i'm 18 years old.
when i started this community i was 165
i've lost 7 pounds and now i'm at 158
i started this community about a month ago or so...
i think i've made good progress so far.
slow and steady wins the race, lol :]

7)DP (Diet Plan, if any): absolutely no fast food, no candy, no high calorie food additives, no soda, eating fruits, vegetables, and drinking lots and lots of water. also taking farenheit diet pills.
8)EP (Excercise Plan, if any): i usually dont have much time to excersize, but i plan on doing situps and crunches every night that i can.

i'll post a picture later. has anyone ever heard of farenheit diet pills or if they work well? also diet tips, excersize tips, and new friends would be great!
