weight loss & diet for teens
i'm 5'4 and usually 130 pounds, but this holiday season, my family has been forcing me to constantly eat and eat. currently i'm in a hotel, on vacation, with no scale. i know i've gained weight by my appearance, but have no idea how much. the last time i weight myself was at least a month ago and by the looks of it i'm probably at least 140. i can't start losing weight until after new years because that's when i get home and can eat by myself when i want and start dancing and running again! woo!|

7)DP (Diet Plan)small bowl of cereal for breakfast and then just watch my calories for lunch and dinner. i'm shooting for eating about 1,000 calories a day.
8)EP (Excercise Plan) the "Insanity" workout dvd 40 minutes a day, five days a week, for 60 days after school with my best friend :)
also, much running and walking on the treadmill in my spare time, dance class, and 20 minutes of kick boxing to get me going in the morning!
